Refund and cancellation policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through the Promised Land Lodge website or via direct contact with us. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
To confirm and guarantee a booking at Promised Land Lodge, guests are required to provide valid credit card details at the time of reservation. No payment is taken at the time of booking. The full balance for your stay is payable upon arrival at the lodge, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. If a reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, Promised Land Lodge reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking amount to the credit card provided. In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), Promised Land Lodge reserves the right to charge a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount to the credit card provided.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are applied according to the time of cancellation in relation to the scheduled arrival date.
If Promised Land Lodge is unable to honour your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, no cancellation fee will be charged. In such cases, our liability is limited to the cancellation of the reservation, and we will not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the guest.
Changes to reservations, including dates or length of stay, are subject to availability and approval by Promised Land Lodge. Any changes may result in price adjustments, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
As payment for the stay is made upon arrival, no refunds are issued for unused nights resulting from early departure or changes made after check-in. All prices, fees, and payment terms are clearly communicated at the time of booking.
